Tach Ignite is a tech-driven Startup Accelerator that provides investments and customized programs.
context
My role at Tach Ignite was to jumpstart the design process for one of their products. After joining the team, I used their research to prioritized and designing the most important screens and flows for MVP launch, and to lay down the pathway for what's to come.
Although my work is currently under an NDA, this is a general overview of my process!
what we were seeing & hearinG
In-depth interviews with users revealed their frustrations with the current field and unveiled opportunities for Tach Ignite to solve with their product.
We also conducted direct competitive analyses to learn more about the current field. What were similar products were doing well and where could we do better?
We also did a secondary competitive analysis to get inspired on how information architecture and site structure works when a user's account has multiple sides.
product ideation
Although stakeholders had an idea of what they wanted their platform to look like, there were some missing pieces. I helped to develop their ideas and further define the scope of the project by identifying key screens and flows the user would need to use the platform.
design systems & high fidelity frames
Stakeholders wished to use their reference architecture from a previous project, so I worked with their system to create the product's wireframes.
